The Biomedical Sciences Academy is hosting an event called Walk United, Walk United is an 18-mile in Shenandoah County, if you choose to participate you do not have to walk all 18 miles, you can choose which mile to walk, in memory of the victims and community affected by the recent tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. This event will also be a time for members of the community to unify and spread kindness throughout Shenandoah County. Walk United is NOT a political protest, it is strictly to unify our community, show support and spread kindness. We feel that unity and kindness are the first steps to increase safety within our schools.
